ORDINANCE NO. 98-062 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT (MF-1) ON LOT 1711, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY <br />BELONGING TO DALE MABERRY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT (NIF-1) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br />$2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PART5 OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF <br />DECEMBER 1, 1998. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COLINCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (MF-1) be, and the same is hereby, established <br />on LOT 17B, CITY BLOCK 311, on property belonging to DALE MABERRY, so as to include <br />in such MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (MF-1) the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey and a part of <br />Lot 17B, City Block 311, as shown by Minor Plat recorded in Volume 9, Pages <br />496 and 498, of the Lamar County Plat Records, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 17A, City Block 311, as <br />shown by said replat in the South Boundary Line of U. S. Highway No. 271; <br />THENCE North 57 Degrees, 30 Minutes West with said South Boundary <br />Line a distance of 42.8 feet to a point in the beginning of a curve to the left having <br />a radius of 1262.53 feet; <br />THENCE Northwesterly with a portion of said curve to the left having a <br />long chord bearing North 67 Degrees, 48 Minutes, 20 Seconds West 15.15 feet an <br />arc distance of 15.15 feet to the place of beginning for this tract; <br />THENCE South 0 Degrees, 15 Minutes East with the West Boundary Line <br />of a 50 foot access and utility easement a distance of 151.54 feet to a point for <br />corner; <br />THENCE North 89 Degrees, 15 Minutes West a distance of 125.00 feet to <br />a point for corner; <br />
