<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
<br /> DISTRICT (PD-a,b,d AND f) WITH NO ENTRY TO THE PROPERTY FROM
<br /> AUDUBON STREET, TWO GREEN BELTS 30' WIDE AND 230' LONG BOTH
<br /> BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF THE PROPERTY AND RUNNING PARALLEL
<br /> WITH THE COMMON BOUNDARIES ON ADJOINING PROPERTIES BEING LOT 6,
<br /> BLOCK A, AUDUBON ESTATES, AND LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 287, WITH WOOD
<br /> FENCES 8 FEET HIGH TO BE CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE ENTIRE SOUTH AND
<br /> WEST BOUNDARIES OF LOT 8C, CITY BLOCK 287 WHEN ANY CONSTRUCTION
<br /> BEGINS, ON LOT 8C, CITY BLOCK 287, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO B. J.
<br /> McCARLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
<br /> AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a,b,d AND t) SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00;
<br /> REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
<br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 1996.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:

<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a,b,d and fl WITH NO ENTRY TO THE
<br /> PROPERTY FROM AUDUBON STREET, TWO GREEN BELTS 30' WIDE AND 230' LONG
<br /> BOTH BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF THE PROPERTY AND RUNNING
<br /> PARALLEL WITH THE COMMON BOUNDARIES OF ADJOINING PROPERTIES BEING
<br /> LOT 6, BLOCK A, AUDUBON ESTATES, AND LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 287, WITH WOOD
<br /> FENCES 8 FEET HIGH TO BE CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE ENTIRE SOUTH AND
<br /> WEST BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOT 8C WHEN ANY CONSTRUCTION BEGINS, be, and
<br /> the same is hereby, established on LOT 8C, CITY BLOCK 287, on property belonging to B.
<br /> J. McCARLEY, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a,b,d
<br /> and fl, as restricted, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br /> designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries
<br /> of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a,b,d and f), as restricted, be, and the
<br /> same is hereby, established as follows:

<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey Number
<br /> 524, and being a part of a 24.28 acre tract of land conveyed to Charles E.
<br /> Beachley by deed of record in Volume 577, Page 592, of the deed records of said
<br /> County and State and being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the northeast corner of the said
<br /> Beachley tract, said point being in the West right-of-way line of Loop Highway
<br /> 286, said right-of-way line being a curve to the left whose radius is 17,353.7;
<br /> THENCE in a southeasterly direction along said curve a distance of 345
<br /> feet to a concrete monwnent for corner;
<br /> THENCE S 20° 30' E along said west right-of-way line a distance of
<br /> 463.2 feet to an iron pin for corner in the bottom of a small stream;
<br /> THENCE S 89° 23' W a distance of 554.4 feet to a point in the east
<br /> boundary line of 36th Street S.E., and the West boundary line of the said
<br /> Beachley tract;
<br /> THENCE North along the said West boundary line a distance of 767 feet
<br /> to an iron pin at the Northwest corner of said Beachley tract;
<br /> THENCE East along the North boundary line of said Beachley tract a
<br /> distance of 284 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, located in the 4800 Block
<br /> of S.E. Loop 286.
