<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARI5, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON
<br /> LOT 1, BLOCK A OF THE TOWNWOOD ESTATES, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
<br /> BOBBY SMALLWOOD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br /> DESIGNATED AS A AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); DESIGNATING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE OF'FICE DISTRICT (O) SO E5TABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR
<br /> A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
<br /> PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
<br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 1996.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that an
<br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (O) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 1, BLOCK A OF THE
<br /> TOWNWOOD ESTATES, on property belonging to BOBBY SMALLWOOD, so as to include
<br /> in such OFFICE DISTRICT (O) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
<br /> presently designated as a AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said
<br /> QFFICE DISTRICT (O), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows:
<br />
<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786,
<br /> and being a part of a 99.54 acre tract of land conveyed Glenn Townes and Bobby
<br /> Smallwood by deed recorded in Vol. 410, Page 154, of the Real Property
<br /> Records of said County and State.
<br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin (f) for corner at the Westerly Northwest
<br /> corner of said 99.54 acre tract;
<br /> THENCE South 60 Deg. 06 Min. 48 Sec. East along a fence along the
<br /> Westerly North Boundary Line of said 99.54 acre tract a distance of 320 feet to
<br /> an iron pin (s) for corner;
<br /> THENCE South 29 Deg. 53 Min. 14 Sec. West at 303.12 feet, passing an
<br /> iron pin (s) and continuing on a total distance of 348.12 feet to a point for corner
<br /> in a lake, said point being in the North Boundary Line of Lot 8, Block "A",
<br /> Townwood Estates #l;
<br /> THENCE North 56 Deg. 59 Min. 26 Sec. West along the North Boundary
<br /> Line of said Townwood Estates #1 at 45 feet passing an iron pin (s) and
<br /> continuing on a total distance of 349.67 feet to an iron pin (fl for corner at the
<br /> Northwest corner of lot 2, Block "A", of said Townwood Estate;
<br /> THENCE along the Easterly Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road as follows:
<br /> North 26 Deg. 32 Min. 44 Sec. East a distance of 27.45 feet to an iron pin (f);
<br /> North 35 Deg. 42 Min. 32 Sec. East a distance of 303.23 feet to the place of
<br /> beginning and containing 114,806.67 sq. feet or 2.619 acres of land, located at
<br /> 2410 Stillhouse Road.
<br />
<br /> 5ection 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby,
<br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
<br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00,
<br /> and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall
<br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense.

<br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
