<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-012 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT <br /> <br /> THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING <br /> SECTION 2-196 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF <br /> CHARGES FOR COPIES OF PUBLIC INFORMATION IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE <br /> PUBLIC INFORMATION ACT AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE STATE OF <br /> TEXAS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE5 IN <br /> CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF <br /> FEBRUARY 12, 1996. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 2-196 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2-196. Charges for copies of public information. <br /> <br /> "(a) All charges for copies of public information shall be in accordance with <br /> V.T.C.A., Government Code, Chapter 552, all other applicable laws of the State <br /> of Texas, and as prescribed by the rules of the General Services Commission, as <br /> they may, from time to time, be amended. <br /> <br /> "(b) The City of Paris shall post the charges for copies of public information <br /> <br /> and the procedure for obtaining the same on the official bulletin board of the City <br /> and in the office of the City Clerk. " <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are expressly <br /> repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on February 12, 1996. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February, 1906. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Eric S.
