ORDINANCE NO. 96-017 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY ON' PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECII'IC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOMES (39) ON LOT 9-C, CITY BLOCK 93-B, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MATTIE R. MCGUIRE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES Ol+' THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOMES (39) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING rOR AN EFrECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1, 1996. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ON PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT- MOBILE HOMES (39) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 9-C, CITY BLOCK 93- B, on property belonging to MATTIE R. MCGUIRE, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOMES (39) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOMES (39), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Isaiah Davis Survey and located in City Block 93-B, between 6th St. N.E. and 7th St. N.E. and being a part of the tract conveyed to Harry Fry from Helen D. Wortham et al by deed dated April 17, 1963, of record in the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Wortham et al to Fry tract, on the West Boundary Line of 7th Street N.E.; THENCE North a distance of 78 feet to a stake; THENCE West a distance of 203 feet to a stake; THENCE South a distance of 78 feet to a stake in the South Boundary Line of said Wortham et al to Fry tract; THENCE East with the South Boundary Line thereof, a distance of 203 feet to the place of beginning, located at 1117 7th Street N.E. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
