<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-025 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> ON PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOMES (39) ON LOT <br /> 8, CITY BLOCK 326, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLIE LESTER, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT- <br /> MOBILE HOMES (39) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO <br /> EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES <br /> IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING r'OR AN EFr'ECTIVE DATE OF JUNE <br /> 1, 1996. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT- <br /> MOBILE HOMES (39) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT S, CITY BLOCK 326, <br /> on property belonging to CHARLIE LESTER, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOMES (39) <br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE- <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT 1v0. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOMES <br /> (39), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the F. Morrison Headright Survey <br /> about 2 miles ilorthwest of downtown Paris, Texas, on the North side of tlle <br /> Tigertown Road, and being the tract of land conveyed by Linzie Hester and wife <br /> Anita Hester, to Hodges Thomas and wife, Sylvia Thomas on August 20, 1958, <br /> by deed recorded in Book 358, page 376, Lamar County Deed Records, described <br /> by metes and bounds as: <br /> BEGINNING at a stake, a Black Jack tree, in the South Boundary Line <br /> of said survey about 200 feet East of its SOuthwest corner, a stake in the North <br /> Boundary Line of the Tigertown Road; <br /> THENCE North 200 varas (550 feetyr a take at a fence corner; <br /> THENCE East 50 varas (137.5 feet), a sta e at a fence corner; <br /> THENCE South 200 varas (550 feet), a stake in the North Boundary Line <br /> of the Tigertown Road; <br /> THENCE West 50 varas (137.5 feet) with the South Boundary Line of <br /> said survey, and the North Boundary Line of the Tigertown Road to the Place of <br /> beginning, and being the same tract conveyed by Hodges Thomas and wife, <br /> March 9, 1962, and recorded in Book 385, Page 90, Deed Records, Lamar <br /> County, Texas, to Homer Rose, Jr. to which reference is made for all proper <br /> purposes of description, location and identification, located at 3310 West <br /> Campbell. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, <br /> directed to cliange the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, <br /> and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br />
