Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life aild property, aiid that the saine constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such »uisances on or before the dates set out in connection with the addresses of each of such structures, as follows: 1520 l Oth Street N. W. , October 1, 1996 to repair Lots 1, 2& 3, Block 4, Smith's 1 st Add. or demolish and remove. 636 West Kaufman, October 1, 1996 to repair Lot 25, City Block 124 or demolish and remove. 655 Cedar, Lots 18 & 19 October 1, 1996 to repair & E. 11' Lot 17, Blk. 3, Gibbons Park Add. or demolish and remove. 633 8th Street N.E., Lot 16, City Block 63 October 31, 1996 to repair or demolish and remove. .510 East Tudor, Lot 5, City Block 61 November 30, 1996 to repair or demolish and remove. 504-06 lOth Street N.E., Clear debris and mow immediately, Lot 13, City Block 69-A November 30, 1996 to repair or demolish and remove. The City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
