<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOMES ON
<br /> LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 326, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLIE LESTER AND
<br /> CONNIE LESTER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2);
<br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES ON' THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
<br /> NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOMES SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00;
<br /> REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
<br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFr'ECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 1, 1996.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) -
<br /> MOBILE HOMES, be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 326, on
<br /> property belonging to CHARLIE LESTER AND CONNIE LESTER, so as to include in such
<br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) -
<br /> MOBILE HOMES the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br /> designated as a O1VE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries
<br /> of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
<br /> (39) - MOBILE HOMES, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows:
<br />
<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Frances Morrison Headright
<br /> Survey, and of a 25-acre tract of land conveyed by E. L. Dohoney to Elbert
<br /> Minor, about two miles northwest of the City of Paris, described by metes and
<br /> bounds as follows:
<br /> BEGINIVING at a stake in the NB Line of Minor's 25-acre tract of land
<br /> above mentioned, at a point 442-16/100 feet west from its NE corner;
<br /> THENCE south 788 feet, a stake in the SB line of said 25-acre tract;
<br /> THENCE west 55-27/100 feet, a stake;
<br /> THENCE north 788 feet, a stake in the NB line of Minor's 25-acre tract
<br /> of land;
<br /> THENCE east 55-27/100 feet to the place of beginning, containing one (1)
<br /> acre of land, and being the same property described in deed to Jack H. Myers
<br /> dated December 7, 1995, of record in Book 571, page 226, Lamar County Real
<br /> Property Records, reference being made to all the above mentioned instruments
<br /> and records for all necessary purposes, and being number 3150 West Campbell.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby,
<br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
<br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00,
<br /> and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall
<br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense.
<br />
<br /> 5ection 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
<br /> expressly repealed.
