<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-058 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 ON THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> DISTRICT - OFFICE CENTER (PD-f) ON LOT 11-A, CITY BLOCK 255-A, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO DON OGLESBY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> DISTRICT - OFFICE CENTER (PD-f) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A <br /> PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS <br /> OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 1, 1996. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - OFFICE CENTER (PD-f) be, and the same is <br /> hereby, established on LOT 11-A, CITY BLOCK 255-A, on property belonging to DON <br /> OGLESBY, so as to include in suc11 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - OFFICE <br /> CENTER (PD-f) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries <br /> of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - OFFICE CENTER (PD-fl, be, and the same <br /> are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, being Lot 11-A, City Block 255-A, and being all that <br /> certain tract of land situated in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part <br /> of the Hiram Williams survey and being the same land conveyed to Charley H. <br /> Jones and Dona Faye Jones by deed recorded in Volume 459, Page 236 of the <br /> Lamar County Deed Records and being further described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin found for corner in the North line of East <br /> Price Street, the Southeast corner of the above tract; <br /> THENCE South 89 Degrees, 15 Minutes, 59 Seconds West with said north <br /> line a distance of 94.0 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE North 0 Degrees, 21 Minutes, 55 Seconds east a distance of <br /> 256.14 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE South 89 Degrees, 28 Minutes, SS Seconds East a distance of <br /> 94.0 feet to an iron pin found for corner; <br /> THENCE South 0 Degrees, 21 Minutes, 55 Seconds West a distance of <br /> 254.09 feet to the place of beginning, and being number 2691 East Price Street. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, <br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, <br /> and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective November 1, 1996. <br />
