<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOME, WITH
<br /> THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SINGLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY
<br /> RECEIVE PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5) YEARS, ON LOT 3,
<br /> BLOCK 1 OF SPERRY'S NIRST ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
<br /> MARION LESTER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2);
<br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES ON THE ONE NAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
<br /> NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOME, WITH THE
<br /> FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SINGLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY
<br /> RECEIVE A PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5) YEARS, SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00;
<br /> REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
<br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER l, 1996.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:

<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretof'ore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) -
<br /> MOBILE HOME, WITH THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SINGLE-WIDE MOBILE
<br /> HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE A PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5)
<br /> YEARS, be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 3, BLOCK 1 OF SPERRY'S FIRST
<br /> ADDITION, on property belonging to MARION LESTER, so as to include in such ONE
<br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT 1v0. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) -
<br /> MOBILE HOME, WITH THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SINGLE-WIDE MOBILE
<br /> HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE A PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5)
<br /> YEARS, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
<br /> a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT 1V0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said OIVE
<br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) -
<br /> MOBILE HOME, WITH THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SINGLE-WIDE MOBILE
<br /> HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE A PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5)
<br /> YEARS, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows:

<br /> SITUATED withiii the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, aiid being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, Abstract
<br /> 479 and being Lot 3 in Block 1 of Sperry's lst Addition to the City of Paris, as
<br /> shown by plat of record in the Plat Records of Lamar County, Texas. Being the
<br /> same property as described in deed from Earl J. Goss et ux to Danny Ray
<br /> Partridge dated March 1, 1985, of record in Book 681, Page 518, Lamar County
<br /> Deed Records, being number 830 28th Street N.W.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is llereby,
<br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br /> Ordinajice No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of tliis ordinance shall be guilty
<br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00,
<br /> and eacli and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall
<br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense.
<br />
<br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
<br /> expressly repealed.
<br />
<br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective December l, 1996.
