<br /> DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39 - MOBILE HOME, WITH
<br /> THE N'URTHER RESTRICTION THAT SIGNLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY
<br /> RECEIVE PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED NIVE (5) YEARS, ON LOT 42,
<br /> CITY BLOCK 160, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DONNA E. KING, SO A5 TO
<br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY
<br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE

<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> OIVE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC t1SE PERMIT (39 -
<br /> MOBILE HOME, WITH THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SIGNLE-WIDE MOBILE
<br /> HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5)
<br /> YEARS, be, aiid the same is hereby, established on LOT 42, CITY BLOCK 160, on property
<br /> belonging to DONNA E. KWG, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRtCT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC i1SE PERMIT (39 - MOBILE HOME, WITH THE
<br /> FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SIGNLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE
<br /> PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5) YEARS, the hereinafter described

<br /> in deed froin David Dixon Justice et al to William A. Ressler, dated November
<br /> 30, 1988, recorded in Volume 62, Page 318, Real Property Records, Lamar
<br /> County, Texas, and more fully described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a stake in the EB line of 3rd Street S.E. at the NW corner
<br /> of a lot, 105 feet by 210 feet conveyeci by W. H. P. Anderson and wife to R. D.
<br /> Logsdon by deed or record in Book 136, Page 463, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br /> THENCE South with said east boundary line a distance of 52 feet, a stake;
<br /> THENCE East a distance of 150 feet, a stake;
<br /> THENCE Nort11 a distance of 52 feet, a stake;
<br /> THENCE West a distance of 150 feet to the place of beginning, being the
