ORDINANCE NO. 95-009 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES HERETOFORE PASSED WHICH AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED TO INCLUDE A PENALTY; PROVIDING THAT ALL SUCH ORDINANCES BE GIVEN AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 19959 FOR PENALTY PURPOSES ONLY; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE5 IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 1995. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That all Ordinances heretofore passed which amend Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include a penalty and to provide for an effective date for penalty purposes only, to read as follows: "Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated section shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 5. This Ordinance shall become effective February l, 1995, for penalty purposes only." Section 2. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective February 1, 1995.
