<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-011 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 95-006, PASSED ON <br /> THE 9TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1995, PERMITTING TIME FOR REPAIR OF <br /> STRUCTURE OTHERWISE DECLARED DILAPIDATED AT 838 7TH <br /> STREET N.E., LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, EMP NO. 1 ADDITION <br /> BELONGING TO RUTH ELLA BROWN, F. T. PRATT, JR., ET AL, <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 1, 1995. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Steve Methven, Chief Building Official, appeared before the <br /> City Council at its Regular Meeting on the 13th day of February, 1995 and requested <br /> that F. T. PRATT, JR. be permitted to repair and bring into Code compliance the <br /> structure heretofore declared to be dilapidated at 838 7th Street N.E., Lots 1 and 2, <br /> Block 1, EMP No. 1 Addition, since the structure is repairable, being without notice <br /> of the necessity of appearing before the City Council at its regular meeting on <br /> January 9, 1995, when the ordinance declaring the structure at said address to be <br /> dilapidated and ordering the removal of the same was passed; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it to be in the best <br /> interest of the City of Paris that its citizen, F. T. PRATT, JR., be given 60 days to <br /> repair and bring into Code requirements the structure at 838 7th Street N.E., Lots <br /> 1 and 2, Block l, EMP No. 1 Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That 838 7th Street N.E., Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, EMP <br /> No. 1 Addition, be removed from the list included in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 95- <br /> 006 and that it be added to the list that appears in Section 2 of said ordinance with <br /> May 1, 1995 listed thereafter. <br /> <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
