<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
<br /> DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 197, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
<br /> RANDY ROAM, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2);
<br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIE5 OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT
<br /> (NS) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00;
<br /> REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
<br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, 1995.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT
<br /> 1, CITY BLOCK 197, on property belonging to RANDY ROAM, so as to include in such
<br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was
<br /> formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2),
<br /> and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the
<br /> same are hereby, established as follows:

<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot l, City Block 197, a part of the Asa
<br /> Jarman Survey, and being more fully described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a stake in the North Boundary Line of Maple Avenue, the
<br /> same being 118 feet west of the southwest corner of a one acre tract conveyed by
<br /> John Brasher and wife to J. Y. and H. Y. Hester by deed recorded in Volume 98,
<br /> Page 258, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas;
<br /> THENCE North a distance of 250 feet, a fence post;
<br /> THENCE West a distance of 130 feet, a fence post, same being the East
<br /> Boundary Line of 19th Street N.W., formerly known as Sth Street;
<br /> THENCE South along the East Boundary Line of 19th Street N.W. a
<br /> distance of 250 feet to a stake, same being the intersection of the East Boundary
<br /> Line of 19th Street N.W. and the North Boundary Line of Maple Avenue;
<br /> THENCE East along the North Boundary Line of Maple Avenue a
<br /> distance of 130 feet to the place of beginning, as shown by an actual survey made
<br /> on the ground by A. K. Steinheimer, Consulting Engineer, on April 11, 1947,
<br /> and being number 1878 W. Maple.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby,
<br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
<br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, sha11 be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00,
<br /> and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall
<br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense.
<br />
<br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
<br /> expressly repealed.
<br />
<br /> Section S. This ordinance shall become effective July 1, 1995.
