In addition to the established rates a usual, reasonable and customary <br /> charge for medical supplies and service used or required in connection with emergency and non- <br /> emergency transfer service sha11 be made. <br /> <br /> (d) Standby service. There shall be a standby service charge of two hundred twenty-five dollazs <br /> ($225.00) for the first hour and sixty dollars ($60.00) for each additional hour or partial hour on an <br /> as available, first-request, first-serve basis. " <br /> <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
