<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-049 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) <br /> AND 5PECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS (52) ON LOT 2B, CITY <br /> BLOCK 307, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GENE RADER AND DOROTHY <br /> RADER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS <br /> 5IG SF ATHE <br /> A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); ~SISPECIFC USE BOUNDARIES <br /> N~ <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) A <br /> BILLBOARDS (52) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO <br /> EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALP O~ NG FOR AN AEFTFEC''IVEDDATECOF <br /> IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND <br /> DECEMBER 1, 1995. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS <br /> (52) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 2B, CITY BLOCK 307, on property <br /> belonging to GENE RADER AND DOROTHY RADER, so as to include in such <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS <br /> (52) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), andNS ANDnBILLBOARDS COMMERCIAL R and t eD samela e <br /> (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SG <br /> hereby, established as follows: <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey; <br /> BEGINNING at the NE corner of 10 acres of land conveyed by S. E. Long to T. <br /> M. Russell on October 29, 1903, by deed of record in Book 108, Page 346, Lamar <br /> County Deed Records. <br /> THENCE south with the east boundary line of same, a distance of 693 feet, to <br /> the southeast corner of same; <br /> THENCE west with the south boundary line of same, a distance of 62.8 feet, to <br /> a stake; <br /> THENCE north, a distance of 693 feet, to the north boundary line of same; <br /> THENCE east with the north boundary line of said 10 acres, a distance of 62.8 <br /> feet, to the place of beginning and containing 1 acre of land. <br /> Being the same property as described in deed from Billy D. Robertson and Harold D. <br /> Kirtley to Gene Rader, Albert Roach, and Vergil McFadden, dated September 19, 1978, <br /> of record in Book 607, Page 635, Lamar County Deed Records, and being 2671 North <br /> Main Street, Paris, Texas <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, <br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shtion of the above enumerated o dina 000 h01 <br /> and each and every day's continuance of any vioa <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br />
