<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE (DISTRICT (NS) LIMITED TO A RESTAURANT AND
<br /> CATERING SERVICE ONLY TO BE MANAGED AND OWNED BY MARY ANNE
<br /> CHALAIRE, AND UPON TERMINATION OF SUCH USE, THIS MATTER IS REFERRED
<br /> TO PLANNING & ZONING FOR RECOMMENDATION AND ZONING TO OFFICE
<br /> DISTRICT (O) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 112, on
<br /> property belonging to STEVE FIELD AND SHELLY FIELD, so as to include in such

<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, also
<br /> being Lot 8, City Block 112, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the east boundary line of 12th Street S.E. and
<br /> the north boundary line of East Sherman Street, same being the southwest corner of the
<br /> lot conveyed to S. M. Hearon by W. S. Trigg and wife, March 22, 1905, of record in
<br /> Book 117, Page 139, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br /> THENCE north with the east boundary line of 12th Street S.E., a distance of 108
<br /> feet to a stake, same being the northwest corner of the S. M. Hearon lot;
<br /> THENCE east with the north boundary line of said Hearon lot, a distance of 178
<br /> feet more or less to the northwest corner of a lot conveyed to Howell Copeland and wife
<br /> by Sallie Pennington et al by deed of record in Book 307, Page 73, Lamar County Deed
<br /> Records;
<br /> THENCE south with Copeland's west boundary line, a distance of 108 feet to a
<br /> stake, same being Copeland's southwest corner and also a point in the north boundary
<br /> line of East Sherman Street;
