<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-05 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARI5, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT <br /> (GR) WITH SPECIFIC U RoP ~ Y BELONGING TO5RAYBURN BELL, SO ~T O <br /> CITY BLOCK 346, ON P <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(5F-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (49) AUTO FUEL <br /> SALES SO ESTABLI5HED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED INANCES <br /> PARTS <br /> INA $2,000.00; REPEALING• ~D PROVIDING OR AN EFFECTI VE DATE O JNANUARY <br /> CONFLICT HEREWITH, <br /> 1, 1996. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (49) AUTO FUEL <br /> SALES be, and the same is hereby, established on LOTS 4B, 5 AND 6, CITY BLOCK 346, <br /> on property belonging to RAYBURN BELL, so as to include in such GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (49) AUTO FUEL SALES the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (49) AUTO FUEL SALES, be, and the same <br /> are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a piece or parcel of land lying in the D. L. <br /> Myers Survey, Lamar County, Texas, and being about 2 miles South of the city <br /> of Paris, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the D. L. Myers Survey, said <br /> point being marked with an iron pipe; <br /> THENCE N 87 ° 10' W a distance of 328 feet to an iron pin in the north <br /> boundary line of FM Highway No. 905; <br /> THENCE S 50° E along said north boundary line of FM 905 a distance <br /> of 428 feet to an iron pin; <br /> THENCE north a distance of 259 feet to the place of BEGINNING, <br /> containing 0.973 acres, more or less, located in the 4100 Block of Jefferson <br /> Road. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, <br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, <br /> and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br />
