ORDINANCE :NO. 94-002 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 GF THE CIT'Y OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 33-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BOB WRIGHT, SO AS TO INCLUDF: THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG- NATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTF.ICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF T'HE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' PARIS: Section 1. That the baundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinatice No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT' (NS), be, and the sanie is hereby established on LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 33-A, on property belonging to BOB WRIGHT, JR., so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Tw0 FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits oF the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 7, City Block 33-A, iri the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the North Boundary Line of E. Houston Street and the East Boundary Line of 14th Street N.E., said point being the southwest corner of Lot 7, City Block 33-A; THENCE North along the East Boundary Line of 14th Street N.E. a distance of 145 feet to a point, the northwest corner of said Lot 7, City Block 33-A; THENCE East a distance of 50 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 7; THENCE South a distance of 145 feet to a point in the North Boundary Line of. E. Houston Street, the southwest corner of said Lot 7; THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of E. Houston Street a distance ot 50 feet to the place of beginning, located at 1405 E. Houston Street. Section 2. That the Diz~ector of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning iKap of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Urdinance No. 1710 and the iand use mag accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinarices and parts of ordinances in canflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
