ORDINANCE IJO, 94-005 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 1-C, CITY BLOC;K 306, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MCCUISTION REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMEkLY DESIGNATED AS A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS); ANB DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'CY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the baundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 1-C, CITY BLOCK 306, on property belonging to MCCUISTION REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafte described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a NEIGHBORHOOU SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DI5TRICT (C), be, and the same. are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 1-C, City Block 306, in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the North Boundary Line of Stone Avenue with the East Boundary Line of Lewis Lane, the northwest corner of Lot 1-C, City Block 306; THENCE Southeasterly with the North Boundary Line of said Lot 1-C a distance of 1919 feet more or less to a point in the West Boundary Line of StillhousE Road; THENCE Southwesterly with the West Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road a distance of 956 feet more or less to the North Boundary Line of Loop 286 N.E.; THENCE Northwesterly with the North Boundary Line of Loop 286 N.E. a distance of 1622 feet more or less to the southwest corner o:E said Lot 1-C; THENCE Northeasterly with the West Boundary Line of Lot 1-C a distance of 331.4 feet to a point in the East Boundary Line of Lewis Lane; THENCE continuing Northeasterly with the East Boundary Line of Lewis Laiie a distance of 900 teet more or less to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the l.and use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ord:inance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
