<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 94-007 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - <br /> HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) ON LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO CHARLES ENDSLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE NAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); <br /> AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - <br /> HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) SO ESTABLI5HED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 311, on property belonging to CHARLES ENDSLEY, <br /> so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) the <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 9, City Block 311, more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at point in the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street, <br /> said point being the northeast corner of Lot 9, City Block 311, and being the <br /> northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Dale Posey and wife, Virginia M. <br /> Posey, by deed recorded in Book 350, Page 73, Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 201.0 feet to the southwest corner of said <br /> Posey tract; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 191.5 feet to a point, the southeast corner of <br /> said Posey tract; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 704.0 feet to a point in the North Boundary <br /> Line of Texas and Pacific Railroad right-of-way, the southwest corner of Lot 9, <br /> City Block 311; <br /> THENCE westerly along the North Boundary Line of said Texas and <br /> Pacific Railroad a distance of 397.0 feet to a point, the southwest corner of said <br /> Lot 9; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 860 feet to a point in the South Boundary <br /> Line of Clarksville Street, the northwest corner of said Lot 9; <br /> THENCE easterly along the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street a <br /> distance of 203.5 feet to the place of beginning, located at 3390 Clarksville <br /> Street. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall becoine effective immediately upon passage. <br />
