ORDINANCE NO. 94-008 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIE5 ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) ON LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO J. D. LAFOY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 311, on property belonging to J. D. LAFOY, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Counry of Lamar, and State of Texas, and beirig Lot 10, City Block 311, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street, the most northerly northeast corner of a 7.12 acre tract of land conveyed by O. B. White and wife, Mary E. White, to Ruth B. Smith by deed recorded in Book 411, Page 118, Lamar County Deed Records, same being the northwest corner of Lot 10, City Block 311; THENCE easterly with the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street a distance of 191.5 feet to a point, the northeast corner of said Lot 10; THENCE South along the East Boundary Line of Lot 10 a distance of 201.0 feet to a point, the southeast corner of said Lot 10; THENCE West a distance of 191.5 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 10; THENCE North a distance of 201.0 feet to the place of beginning, located at 3420 Clarksville Street. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
