<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 94-009 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) ON LOTS S-B AND 8-C, CITY BLOCK 257-A, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO SARAH GOREE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); <br /> AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOTS 8-B AND 8-C, CITY BLOCK 257-A, on property belonging to SARAH <br /> GOREE, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) the <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said MULTI- <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 8-B and 8-C, City Block 257-A, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the West Boundary Line of 25th Street <br /> N.E., with the South Boundary Line of E. Cherry Street, said point being the <br /> nortlleast corner of said Lot 8-13, City Block 257-A; <br /> THENCE South with the West Boundary Line of 25th Street N.E. a <br /> distance of 109 feet to a point, the southeast corner of said Lot S-B; <br /> THENCE West with the South Boundary Line of said Lot 8-B and Lot 8- <br /> C a distance of 206 feet to a point, the southwest corner of said Lot 8-C; <br /> THENCE North with the West Boundary Line of said Lot 8-C a distance <br /> of 109 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of E. Cherry Street, same being <br /> the northwest corner of said Lot 8-C; <br /> THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of E. Cherry Street a <br /> distance of 206 feet to the place of beginning, located on the southwest corner of <br /> E. Cherry Street and 25th Street N.E. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ardinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. <br />
