pRDINANCE NO. 94-011 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (TO aELLOA SUOGG 3 SODAS TOITINCLUDE THER EN PROPERTY BELONGING TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIBG~N~TDARIES O~ H COMMERCIALID STRICTI C~ (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ON PARI5: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and tlle same are hereby changed, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (PD-a.l) be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 3 AND 3-A, CITY BLOCK 227-E, on property belonging to ELLA SUGG, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (PD-a.l) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING D~~TRID STRICTan(PD~atl), e be, una di the sane are her b~y DEVELOPMENT - COMMERC established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 3 and 3-A, City Block 227-E, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, said point being the southeast corner of said Lot 3-A, City Block 227-E, and bei»g a distance of 192 feet west of the West Boundary Line of 20th Street N.E.; THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street a distance of 100 feet to a point, the southwest corner of said Lot 3, City Block 227-E; THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 3 a distance of 200 feet to a point, the northwest corner of said Lot 3; THENCE East a distance of 100 feet to a point, the northeast corner of said Lot 3-A; THENCE South along the East Boundary Line of said Lot 3-A a distance of 200 feet to the place of beginning, located at 1933 and 1943 Pine Bluff Street. Section 2. That tlle Director of Communiry Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the 7,oning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
