M. CHISM AN NATED A~5NA ONE AMILY DWELLING <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DS G <br /> DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DES b SO EOST BL SHEDF THE PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISRICT (PD <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOTS 7 AND 8, CITY BLOCK 311, on property belonging to J. M. CHISM <br /> AND GERALD BURNSED, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - <br /> HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) the hereinafter described property, which was farmerly and is the presently designated as a ONE FAMILY ~ NT ~ HOUS NGID STRICT (PD~b), be, and the <br /> <br /> boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELO <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 7 and 8, City Block 311, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street, <br /> said point being the northeast corner of Lot 8, City Block 311, and said point also <br /> being the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed by O. B. White and wife, <br /> Mary E. White, to Ruth B. Smith by deed recorded in Book 411, Page 118, <br /> Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 850 feet with the East Boundary Line of <br /> said Lot 8 to a point in the North Boundary Line of the Texas and Pacific <br /> Railroad right-of-way, the southeast corner of said Lot 8; <br /> THENCE Westerly along the North Boundary Line of said railroad a <br /> distance of 274 feet more or less to a point, the southwest corner of Lot 7, City <br /> Block 311; <br /> THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 7 a distance <br /> of 800 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street, the <br /> northwest corner of said Lot 7; <br /> THENCE Easterly along the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street a <br /> distance of 276 feet more or less to the place of beginning, located at 3350 <br /> Clarksville Street and 3370 Clarksville Street. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. <br />
