<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> pRDINANCE NO. 94-016 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHAUA COMBINATION PLANNED <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, ESTABLISHING <br /> DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL <br /> ON LO S 9a 9-A, 0, ~11, 12 AN~ 1 PNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD <br /> CITY BLOCK 259, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO RICHARD POVVELL AND LYNN <br /> NEWMAN, ET AL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - PLANT NURSF.RY; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> OF THE COMBINATION PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> HOUSING D STRICTL PD-b) DISTRICT <br /> O <br /> (PD-a.l) AND PLANNED DEVELOM <br /> ESTABLISHED, AND APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR SAME. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> COMBINATION PLANNED DEVELOPM~ N DISTR OICTM PD~b~ be, DISTRICT <br /> the sam~e a s hereby <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSIN <br /> established on LOTS 9, 9-A, 10, 11, 12 AND 13, CITY BLOCK 259, on property belonging <br /> to RICHARD POWELL AND LYNN NEWMAN, ET AL, so as to include in such <br /> COMBINATION PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (PD-a.l) AND <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIP~ NNED DIEVELO MENTRSECOMMERCIAL <br /> boundaries of said COMBINATION <br /> DISTRICT (PD-a.l) AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b), be, <br /> and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 9, 9-A, 10, 11, 12 and 13, City Block <br /> 259, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 5, Block B, Ridgecrest <br /> Addition, said point being the northwest corner of Lot 9, City Block 259; <br /> THENCE East along the North Boundary Line of Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, <br /> City Block 259, a distance of 874 feet to a point, the northeast corner of said Lot <br /> 12, City Block 259; <br /> THENCE Southwesterly with the East Boundary Line of said Lot 12 and <br /> the East Boundary Line of Lot 13, City Block 259, a distance of 670 feet more <br /> or less to a point in the North Boundary Line of E. Cherry Street, said point <br /> being the southeast corner of the 1 North t <br /> THENCE West along Boundary Line of E. Cherry Street a <br /> distance of 673 feet more or less to a point, the southwest corner of Lot 9, City <br /> Block 259; <br /> THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 9, City Block <br /> 259 a distance of 639 feet more or less to the place of beginning, located on the <br /> north side of E. Cherry Street at the intersection of Collegiate Drive. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. The site plan of the property herein rezoned, which is attached as Exhibit A, <br /> is approved. <br /> <br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ardinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br />
