Smith, P.E., City Enqineer <br /> <br /> DATE: April 4, 1994 <br /> SUBJECT: Site Plan - Lots 9& 10, City Block 259 <br /> <br /> <br /> I have reviewed the proposed site plan of property shown <br /> above. It appears that the plan complies with the City of Paris <br /> Requirements with the following exceptions and/or additions: <br /> <br /> 1. Provide fire hydrant(s) so that all structures <br /> can be covered with 500' travel distance. <br /> 2. Provide curb and gutter or seek variance. <br /> <br /> 3. Obtain required permits. <br /> <br /> 4. Statement that proposed improvements do <br /> not lie in 100 year flood plain. <br /> 5. Provide guarantee of construction signed <br /> by Owner. <br /> <br /> 6. The northern portion of this project may <br /> interfere with the long range plan to connect <br /> Pine .till Road with FM 195, according to <br /> Master Plan. <br /> 7.
