ORDINANCE NO. 94-018 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDIlNANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY QF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO t'UEL SALES (49) ON LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 3219 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BO S A COMMERCIAL DIST ICT THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG ATED (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND EL SOALESE( 9OSOM STABLI HED ICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO E BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) be, and the same is hereby established on LOn such ICOMMERC AL DISTRICT (C) AND to BOBBY WINTERS, so as to ii~clude i SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are liereby established as follows: SITUATED within the corpo~ateLl~mitt~ ofC~h~ BlCity ock 3 2aria,p ouof the Lamar, and State of Texas, and b g Hiram Williams Survey; BEGINNING at the SW corner of 32 acres of land formerly owned by Nellie Reeves Shuler and conveyed to her by W. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
