<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 94-020 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLI5HED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICCITY <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FL1EL SALES (49) ON LOTS 1 AND 1-A, <br /> BLOCK 340, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO NORMAN MONTGOMERY, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN <br /> AGRICULTURAL DISTRIC AA~ SpECIFIC USE PERMIT OAUUTO FL1E LSALES <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ( ) <br /> (49) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby cllanged, and that a <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) <br /> be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 1 AND 1-A, CITY BLOCK 340, on properry <br /> belonging to NORMAN MONTGOIVIERY, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AL1T0 FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT <br /> (A), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, being Lots 1 and 1-A, City Block 340, a part of the <br /> James Bourland Survey No. 69, and being a part of a 53.68 acre tract of land <br /> conveyed Nothera Martin by deed recorded in Vol. 303, Page 223, of the Deed <br /> Records of said County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the East Boundary Line of 7th <br /> Street S.W. at the present southwest corner of said Martin tract of land; <br /> THENCE North along the East Boundary Line of 7th Street S.W. a <br /> distance of 241 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE along the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 as <br /> follows: East a distance of 33.2 feet; North 56 Deg. East a distance of 71.5 feet; <br /> South 79 Deg. East a distance of 459.4 feet; South 84 Deg. 35 Min East a <br /> distance of 248.3 feet; South 30 Deg. East a distance of 115.6 feet to a concrete <br /> marker for corner; <br /> THENCE South 25 Deg. West along the West Boundary Line of State <br /> Highway 24 a distance of 78.5 feet to an iron pin for corner at the Southeast <br /> corner of said Martin tract of land; <br /> THENCE North 89 Deg. SS Min. West a distance of 815 feet to the place <br /> of beginning and contaiiung 4.172 acres of land, located on the southwest corner <br /> of Church Street and Loop 286 S.W. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. <br />
