TURPIN, limited for use by S h3s AND SPECIFIC USE PERMITe <br /> in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3( ) <br /> MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a TWO FAMILY D TNNO DISTRICT <br /> SF-3)( AND SPECIFICbUS EPERMIT ~ <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIC <br /> MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being the North 25 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lot <br /> 5, Block 5, Gibbons Braden Addition, located at 1244 14th Street S.E. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
