ORDINANCE NO. 94-022 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT CITY (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BIL JO ANll JAM E CARTER, , O AS BLOCK 315, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DE5IGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT RETAIL AND HOUSING D D STRICT (GR AND SPECIF C USE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL REAIL PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. C r o w S u rve y, L a m a r C o u n t y, Texas, an follows: BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue (U.S. Highway 82), said point being the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block B, of the Sunrise Estates and the southwest corner of the Carter tract; THENCE North with the west line of the Carter tract a distance of 361.9 feet to a point for corner; THENCE East a distance of 210 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South a distance of 361.9 feet to a point in the North Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue; ' THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue a distance of 210 feet to the place of beginning, located at 4225 Lamar Avenue. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
