That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance and No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, SpECFIC USE PERMITby BIchanged, LLBOARD SIGN <br /> <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND CITY BLOCK 315, on property <br /> (52) be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 13, ETAIL belonging to 10HN AND JAMIE CARTER,~~~ as BILLBOARD SIGN GENERAL <br /> he h ee naft r <br /> DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PER <br /> described property, which was formerly a (Pd ab)Slandt hat the b undaries of <br /> DEVELOPMENT RETAIL AND HOUSING DISTRICT <br /> said GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND~ as followsUSE PERMIT - BILLBOARD <br /> SIGN (52), be, and the same are hereby estab <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 3 dt more cpart culary descgr b d as <br /> t he E. C r o w S u rve y, L a m a r C o u n t y, Texas, an <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue <br /> (U.S. Highway 82), said point being the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block B, of <br /> the Sunrise Estates and the southwest corner of the Carter tract; <br /> THENCE North with the west line of the Carter tract a distance of 361.9 <br /> feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 210 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 361.9 feet to a point in the North Boundary <br /> Line of Lamar Avenue; <br /> ' THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue a <br /> distance of 210 feet to the place of beginning, located at 4225 Lamar Avenue. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. <br />
