P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />AGE N D A <br /> <br />(NOTE: <br /> <br />It is respectfully requested that presentations before the City Council <br />be confined to two minutes or less.) <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Call meeti ng to order. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Public Hearing on proposed amendments to the City Manager's Budget for <br />fiscal year 2005-2006 for the City of Paris. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on an ordinance adopting a Budget for the <br />ensuing fiscal year beginning October 1,2005, and ending September 30,2006 <br />in accordance with the Charter of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on an ordinance setting the tax rate for the year <br />2005 for the City of Paris. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Approval of a rate of 0.5665 per $100.00 for maintenance and <br />operational expenditures. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Approval of a rate of 0.12575 per $100.00 for debt service. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Approval of the ordinance. <br /> <br />----- CONSENT AGENDA ----- <br />[Matters of a routine nature are placed on a single consent agenda for <br />City Council consideration. Items appearing on a consent agenda are <br />approved by a single vote of Council, with such approval applicable to <br />all items appearing on said agenda.
