<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 94-046 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC LANDS AND <br /> INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI) ON PART OF LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 306-A, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO NORTH LAMAR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, <br /> SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br /> AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI) be, and the same is hereby, <br /> established on PART OF LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 306-A, on property belonging to NORTH <br /> LAMAR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, so as to include in such PUBLIC LANDS <br /> AND INSTTTUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br /> and is presently designated as a AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of <br /> said PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI), be, and the same are hereby, <br /> established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated about 2 miles north 5 Deg. east of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and being <br /> a part of a 94.07 acre tract of land as willed to Estelle Council and as shown in <br /> an Affidavit as recorded in Volume 305, Page 455, of the Deed Records of said <br /> County and State: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin (f) for corner in the North Boundary Line of <br /> Stone Ave. at the southwest corner of a 5.999 acre tract of land conveyed out of <br /> said 94.07 acre tract to Maxim Healthcare Corp. by deed recorded in Volume <br /> 684, Page 27, of said Deed Records; <br /> THENCE along the North Boundary Line of said Stone Ave. as follows: <br /> North 60 Deg. 53 Min. West a distance of 291.1 feet; Around a curve to the left <br /> a distance of 284.7 feet to an iron pin (fl for corner at the southeast corner of a <br /> 1.06 acre tract of land conveyed out of said 94.07 acre tract; <br /> THENCE North 3 Deg. 27 Min. West a distance of 325.7 feet to a post <br /> (fl for corner at the northeast corner of said 1.06 acre tract and the southeast <br /> corner of a 0.040 acre tract conveyed out of said 94.07 acre tract; <br /> THENCE North 4 Deg. 53 Min. East a distance of 302.3 feet to a post <br /> ( fl for corner at the northeast corner of a 0.999 acre tract of land conveyed out <br /> of said 94.07 acre tract; <br /> THENCE North 84 Deg. 53 Min. West a distance of 291.3 feet to an iron <br /> pin (f) for corner at the northwest corner of said 0.999 acre tract; <br /> THENCE in a northerly direction along the East Boundary Line of U.S. <br /> Highway 271 around a curve to the right a distance of 146.5 feet to an iron pin <br /> (s) for corner; <br /> THENCE along the center of a power line as follows: North 89 Deg. 54 <br /> Min. East a distance of 600 feet, more or less, to a point in the City Limit line <br /> of the City of Paris; <br /> THENCE Southeasterly with the City Limit line a distance of 950 feet, <br /> more or less, to a point for corner in the East Boundary Line of said 94.07 acre <br /> tract; <br /> THENCE South 1 Deg. 34 Min. East along the East Boundary Line of <br /> said 94.07 acre tract a distance of 1126.7 feet to a post ( fl for corner at the north <br /> corner of a 1.91 acre tract of land conveyed out of the southeast corner of said <br /> 94.07 acre tract; <br /> THENCE South 28 Deg. 50 Min. West along the West Boundary Line of <br /> said 1.91 acre tract a distance of 233„2 feet to an iron pin (f) for corner at the <br /> northeast corner of a 2 acre tract of land conveyed G. Edward Clark, III and M. <br />
