<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON
<br /> LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 119, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ROBERT BURNS, SO AS
<br /> TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTI-
<br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (O) SO ESTABLISHED.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that an
<br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (O) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 119,
<br /> on property belonging to ROBERT BURNS, so as to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT (O)
<br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a MULTI-
<br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said OFFICE
<br /> DISTRICT (O), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows:
<br />
<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 5, City Block 119, and being more
<br /> fully described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary Line of 4th Street S.W.,
<br /> said point being North a distance of 387 feet from the North Boundary Line of
<br /> W. Sherman Street and said point being the southeast corner of Lot 5, City Block
<br /> 119;
<br /> THENCE West a distance of' 113 feet to a point, the southwest corner of
<br /> said Lot 5 ;
<br /> THENCE North a distance of 58 feet to a point, the northwest corner of
<br /> said Lot 5;
<br /> THENCE East a distance of 113 feet to a point in the West Boundary Line
<br /> of 4th Street S.W., the northeast corner of said Lot 5;
<br /> THENCE South along the West Boundary Line of 4th Street S.W. a
<br /> distance of 58 feet to the place of beginning, and being numbered 328 4th Street
<br /> S.W.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and
<br /> he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
<br /> expressly repealed.
<br />
<br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session
<br /> convened, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, T as, n this t day ovember,
