<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-003 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF' PARIS, PROVIDING THAT THE <br /> CODE OF ORDINANCES, BE AMENDED BY ADDING SECTION 12-37 TO <br /> ARTICLE II OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR RESTRICTIONS ON <br /> LOCATION OF LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br /> OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING <br /> FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 11, 1993. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That Article II of Section 12 of the Code <br /> of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, T'exas, be amended <br /> by adding Section 12-37, so that such shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Sec. 12-37. Use near natural gas line prohibited. <br /> No person shall use liquified petroleum gas for <br /> domestic, commercial, or industrial purposes on <br /> premises, any part cf which is within one hundred (100) <br /> feet of a natural gas distributing line." <br /> <br /> Sectiori 'l. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 3.
