<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93- 06 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT ORDINANCE N0. 92-054 PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE <br /> 14th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1992, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 1 <br /> OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING THAT THE REFERENCE THEREIN TO EE <br /> CHANGED TO REMOVE LOT 8 AND LOT 9, BLOCK 14 T&P ADDITION, AND <br /> TO CORRECT TIME ALLOWANCE ON LOT 5, BLOCK 1, LANE PLACE <br /> ADDITION; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br /> CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF <br /> JANUARY 11, 1993. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 92-054 of <br /> the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by changing <br /> therein to read <br /> <br /> "Section l. Braden Addition <br /> 741 5th Street N.E., Lots 15-15A, City Block 75 <br /> 1810 Maple Street, Lot 27, City Block 197 <br /> 339 Grove Street, Lot S, City Block 74-C <br /> 641 lst Street N.E., Lot 21, City Block 91 <br /> 635 lst Street N.E., Lot 22, City Block 91 <br /> 124 East Booth Street, Lot 9, City Block 76 <br /> 1014 2nd Street N.E., Lot 1, Block 2, Margrave <br /> Phillips Estes Addition <br /> 608 lst Street N.E., Lot 6, City Block 92 <br /> 445 19th Street N.W., Lot 6, City Block 242 <br /> 1403 South Main Street, W. 70' Lot 12, Block 5, T&P <br /> Addition <br /> 1120 Hickory Street, W. 100' Lots 2& 4, <br /> Block N, East Park Addition <br /> 445-455 5th Street N.W., Lot 14, City Block 53 <br /> 601 4th Street N.E., Lot 18, City Block 60-A <br /> 612 lst Street N.E., Lot 7, City Block 92 <br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in <br /> that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the <br /> same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that <br /> the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such <br /> nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. That <br /> the structure located at the following address: <br /> 1565 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Lot 5, Block l, <br /> Lane Place Addition <br /> is a nuisance, and it is hereby declared a nuisance, in that <br /> they it is dangerous to life and property, and that the same <br /> constitutes a fire hazard to life and property, and that the <br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance <br /> within sixty (60) days from the date hereof. That the <br /> structure located at the following address: <br /> 202 3rd Street S.W., Lot 3, City Block 118 <br /> is a nuisance, and it is hereby declared a nuisance, in that <br /> it is dangerous to life and property, and that the same <br /> constitutes a fire hazard to life and property, and that the <br /> respective owner is hereby ordered to abate such nuisance <br /> in accordance with the demolition permit obtained by Mike <br /> Upchurch which is for 6 months from September 25, 1992. The <br /> City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this <br /> ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are <br /> known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to <br />
