<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI) ON LOT 1, CITY
<br /> BLOCK 15, LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 6, LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 180 AND
<br /> LOT 5-A, CITY BLOCK 179-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CITY OF
<br /> PARIS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br /> DESIGNATED AS A CENTRAL AREA DISTRICT (CA); AND DESIGNATING
<br /> THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT
<br /> (PLI) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that a PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI), be,
<br /> and the same is hereby established on LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 15,
<br /> LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 6, LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 180 AND LOT 5-A,
<br /> CITY BLOCK 179-A, on property belonging to CITY OF PARIS, so
<br /> as to include in such PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT
<br /> (PLl) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly
<br /> and is presently designated as a CENTRAL AREA DISTRICT (CA),
<br /> and that the boundaries of said PUBLIC LANDS AND
<br /> INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI), be, and the same are hereby
<br /> established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being Lot l, City Block 15, Lot 9, City
<br /> Block 6, Lot 12, City Block 180 and Lot 5-A, City
<br /> Block 179-A.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
<br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
<br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
<br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
<br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts ot ordinances in
<br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
<br /> immediately upon passage.
<br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Paris, in regUlar session convened, in the Council Room,
<br /> City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 15th day of February,
<br /> 1993.
