ORDINANCE N0. 93-019 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOTS 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 135, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LLOYD iNNERARITY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARtES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL• OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same is hereby established on LUTS 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 135, on property belonging to LLOYD INNERARITY, so as to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 3 and 4, City Block 135 in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South boundary line of West Sherman Street, said point being West 112 feet from the West Boundary Line of 4th Street S.W., and said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 4, City Block 135; THENCE South with the East property line of Lot 4, City Block 135, a distance of 175 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; THENCE West a clistance of 142 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 3, City Block 135; THENCE North with the West property line of Lot 3, City Block 135, a distance of 175 feet to a point in the South boundary line of West Sherman Street, said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 3; THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of West Sherman Street, a distance of 142 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Niap of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
