<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-023 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT li, CITY BLOCK 257-D, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br /> TO ERIC CLIFFORD, SG AS TO INCLUDE T'HEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING UISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BGUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> (2F) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 11, CITY BLOCK 257-D, on property belonging <br /> to ERIC CLIFFORD, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F) the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same are hereby established <br /> as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being Lot 11, City Block 257-D, and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the West boundary line of <br /> North Collegiate Drive, said point being South a <br /> distance of 134 feet from the South boundary line of <br /> East Cherry Street, and said point being the Northeast <br /> corner of Lot 11, City Block 257-D; <br /> THENCE S 0° 17 ' W, a distance of 158.4 feet to a <br /> point being the Southeast corner ot said Lot 11, <br /> THENCE S 89° 40' W, a distance of 82 feet to a <br /> point being the Southwest corner of said Lot 11; <br /> THENCE N 0° 06' W, a distance of 158 feet to a <br /> point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 11; <br /> THENCE S 89° 45' E, a distance if 87 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> Section L. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
