<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-026 <br /> <br /> AN URDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 83-067 WHICH <br /> AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br /> PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL <br /> ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE 14, 1993. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section l of Ordinance No.83-067 of <br /> the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 2. The site plan, including the <br /> drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is <br /> approved, conciitioned upon approval of the <br /> landscape plan by a committee composed of Jim <br /> Bell, Millie Ingram NicDonald, T. K. Haynes, Joe <br /> McCollum and Dick Boots." <br /> Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
