ORDINANCE N0. 93-027 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON LOT 9-A, CITY BLOCK 220-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ANTHONY NOLAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIC'I' (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERNIIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 9-A, CIT'Y BLOCK 220-A, on property belonging to ANTHONY NOLAN, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT ('LF) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries cf said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 9-A, City Block 220-A in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNINU at a point in the north boundary line of East Price Street, said point being 184.5 feet west of the west boundary line of 20th Street N.E., said point being the southeast corner of Lot 9-A, City Block 220-A; THENCE north, a distance of 200 feet to a point, the northeast corner of said Lot 9-A; THENCE west, a distance of 62.5 feet to a point, the most northerly northwest corner of said Lot 9-A; THENCE south, a distance of 38 feet to an interior corner of said Lot 9-A; THENCE west, a distance of 170 feet to the most southerly northwest corner of said Lot 9-A; THENCE south, a distance of 162 feet to a point in the north boundary line of East Price Street, the southwest corner of said Lot 90A; THENCE east along the north boundary line of East Price Street, a distance of 182.5 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
