<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-027 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON <br /> LOT 9-A, CITY BLOCK 220-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ANTHONY <br /> NOLAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS <br /> A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIC'I' (2F) AND SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERNIIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE <br /> CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 9-A, <br /> CIT'Y BLOCK 220-A, on property belonging to ANTHONY NOLAN, so as <br /> to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT ('LF) AND SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries cf said <br /> TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY <br /> CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being Lot 9-A, City Block 220-A in the City of Paris, <br /> Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNINU at a point in the north boundary line of <br /> East Price Street, said point being 184.5 feet west of <br /> the west boundary line of 20th Street N.E., said point <br /> being the southeast corner of Lot 9-A, City Block <br /> 220-A; <br /> THENCE north, a distance of 200 feet to a point, <br /> the northeast corner of said Lot 9-A; <br /> THENCE west, a distance of 62.5 feet to a point, <br /> the most northerly northwest corner of said Lot 9-A; <br /> THENCE south, a distance of 38 feet to an interior <br /> corner of said Lot 9-A; <br /> THENCE west, a distance of 170 feet to the most <br /> southerly northwest corner of said Lot 9-A; <br /> THENCE south, a distance of 162 feet to a point in <br /> the north boundary line of East Price Street, the <br /> southwest corner of said Lot 90A; <br /> THENCE east along the north boundary line of East <br /> Price Street, a distance of 182.5 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
