<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-029 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAr1ILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F) ON THE EAST 100 FEET OF LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 191, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO RAY BUOKER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORNIERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING llISTRICT <br /> N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zaning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on the East 100 feet of LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 191, on <br /> property belonging to RAY BOOKER, so as to include in such TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY <br /> UWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said <br /> TWO FAMILY DWELLING I?ISTRICT (ZF), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Courity of Lamar, and State ot Texas, and <br /> being the East 100 feet of Lot 8, City Block 191 in the <br /> City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the north boundary line of <br /> Glest Houston Street, said point being 508 feet east of <br /> the east boundary line of 17th Street N.W.; <br /> THENCE north, a distance of 170 feet more or less <br /> to the north boundary line of said Lot 8; <br /> THENCE east, a distance of 100 feet to the <br /> northeast corner of said Lot 8; <br /> THENCE south, a distance cf 170 feet more or less <br /> to a point in the north boundary line of West Houston <br /> Street, said point being the southeast corner ot said <br /> Lot 8; <br /> THENCE west along the north boundary line of West <br /> Houston Street, a distance of 100 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the D:irector of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Nlap of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use IIiap accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
