<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-036 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, T'EXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> - OFFICE CENTER (PD-f) ON LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO LARRY GREB, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT <br /> (PD-b); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNEll DEVELOPMENT <br /> - OFFICE CENTER (PD-f) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> bE 11 GF:LAlTtiED BY THE Ci'IY CuUNCIL UF' THE CITY UF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the baundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - OFF'ICE CENTER (PD-f), be, and the sauie is <br /> hereby established an LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 311, on property belong- <br /> ing to LARRY GREB, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - <br /> OFFICE CENTER (PD-f) the hereinafter described property, which <br /> was formerly and is presently designated as a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b), and that the boundaries of said <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - OFFICE CENTER (PD-f), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County ot Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey Abstract No. <br /> 524, also being all of Lot 14, City Block 311; also <br /> being part of a 4.8 acre tract of land conveyed to <br /> C1oyd C. Scroggins by deed recorded in Vol. 567, Page <br /> 746, Lamar County Deed Records and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the south <br /> boundary line of Clarksville Street, the northwest <br /> corner of said Lot 14 and 4.8 acre tract; <br /> THENCE N 72° 19' E along the south boundary line <br /> of Clarksville Street, a distance of 201.78 feet to the <br /> northeast corner of said Lot 14; <br /> THENCE S 10 38' W a distance of 240.17 feet to the <br /> southeast corner of said Lot 14; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 183.78 feet to the <br /> southwest corner of said Lot 14; <br /> THENCE N 01 26' W, a distance of 190 feet to the <br /> place of beginning, also being property located at 3620 <br /> Clarksville , Street. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, ar,d he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Urdinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediate- <br /> ly upon passage. <br />
