ORDINANCE N0. 93-037 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING llISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO ROBERT ARMSTRONG'S USAGE TO ATTEND ARTIE ARMSTRONG'S NEEDS ON LOT 28, BLOCK 5, GIBBONS-BRADEN ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ROBERT ARMSTRONG, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (1F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) KESTRICTED TO ROBERT ARMSTRONG'S USAGE TO ATTEND ARTIE ARMSTRONG'S NEEDS SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TU ROBERT ARMSTRONG'S USAGE TO ATTEND ARTIE ARMSTRONG'S NEEDS, be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 28, BLOCK 5, GIBBUNS-BRADEN ADDITION, on property belonging to ROBERT ARMSTRONG, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLINU DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO ROBERT AKMSTRONG'S USAGE TO ATTEND ARTIE ARMS'TRONG'S NEEDS the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FArIILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO ROBERT ARMSTRONG'S USAGE TO ATTEND ARTIE ARMSTRONG'S NEEDS, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, arld State of Texas, and being Lot 28, Block 5, Gibbons-Braden Addition located at 935 Oak Street. Section L. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediate- ly upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of August, 1993.
