That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in <br /> Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include Handicapped <br /> Parking Zones as follows: <br /> "Beginning at a point 78 feet south of the <br /> intersection of the west boundary line of 3rd <br /> Street N.E. ar►d the south boundary line of East <br /> Tudor; thence south a distance of 20 feet with <br /> said west boundary line of 3rd Street N.E." <br /> Section 2.
