ORDINANCE N0. 93-039 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 0F THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CIZ'Y; ESTABLISHING A MULTI FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND BREAKFAST (51) ON LO'T 9, CITY BLOCK 35, ON PROPERTY BELONGING T'0 MARK BLODGETT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MUL'TI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF T'HE MULT'I FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND BREAKFAST (51) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NIULTI FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BLD AND BREAKFAST (51), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 35, on property belonging to NiARK BLODGETT, so as to include in such MULTI FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NU. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND BREAKFAST (51) the hereinatter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1 (MF-1), and that the boundaries of said MULTI FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND BREAKFAST (51), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 9, City Block 35 located at 750 Pine Bluff Street in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street with the West Boundary Line of 8th Street N.E., said pcint being the Northeast corner of said Lot 9; THENCE South with the West Boundary Line of 8th Street N.E., a distance of 115 feet to a point, being the Southeast corner of Lot 9; THENCE West a distance of 65 feet to a point, being the Southwest corner of said Lot 9; THENCE North 115 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, the Northwest corner ot said Lot 9; THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, a distance of 65 feet to the place of beginnirig. Section 'L. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions ot this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ardinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
