ORDINANCE N0. 93-042 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) CONDITIONED ON MAINTAINING A SIX FOOT WOODEN FENCE, ON LOTS 9 AND 11, BLOCK Q, EAST PARk ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONUING TO BILLY HILL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY llESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 (SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDAKIES OF THE NEIGIIBURHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) CONDITIONED ON MAINTAINING A SIX FOOT WOODEN F'ENCE SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT' ORDAINED BY THE CIT'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) CONDITIONED ON MAINTAINING A SIX FOOT WOODEN FENCE, be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 9 AND 11, BLOCK Q, EAST PARK ADDITION, on property belonging to BILLY" HILL, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) CONDITIONED ON MAINTAINING A SIX FOOT WOODEN FENCE the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 (SF-3), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE BISTRICT (NS) CONDITIONED ON r1AINTAINING A SIX FOUT WOODEN FENCE, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State af Texas, and being Lots 9 and 11, Block Q, East Park Addition locateci at 1460 Fitzhugh Avenue. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
