That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD <br /> SIGN (52), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 6, CITY <br /> BLOCK 321, on property belonging to OUTDOOR DISPLAYS, INC., so as <br /> to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL <br /> RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said GENERAL <br /> RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN <br /> (52), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State oy Texaa~tanod <br /> being a part of the Reddin Russell Surve, a p~ <br /> City Block 321, and being a part of a 19.996 acre tract <br /> of land conveyed Russell Gifaoddfethe Hindman, <br /> deed recorded in Vol. 364, p ge 503 o <br /> of saicl County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the South <br /> Boundary Line of Spur Highway No. 139, said point being <br /> the Northwest corner of said tract of land; <br /> THENCE N. 890 09' East along the South Bouridary <br /> Line of said Highway, a distance of 250.7 feet to a <br /> concrete marker for corrier; <br /> THENCE 76° 49' East along said Highway, a distance <br /> of 103.1 feet to a concrete marker for corner; <br /> THENCE N. 89° 09' East along said Highway, a <br /> distance of 75 feet to an iron pin for corner in the <br /> center of a ditch; <br /> THENCE S. 5° 24' West, a distance of 139 feet to <br /> an iron pin for corner in the center of a ditch; <br /> THENCE S. 30° 'LO' West, a distance of 213 feet to <br /> an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line af <br /> Loop Highway Ivo. 286, said point being in the center of <br /> a ditch; <br /> THENCE in a Northwesterly direction along the <br /> North Boundary Line of said Highway, along a 1° curve <br /> to the right, a distance of 335.4 feet to a concrete <br /> marker for corner; <br /> THENCE N. 570 09' West along the North Boundary <br /> Line of said Highway a distance of 26.3 feet to an iron <br /> pin for corner, said point being the Southwest corner <br /> of said 19.996 acre tract of land; <br /> THENCE N. 0° 52' West, a distance of 153.6 feet to <br /> the place of beginning. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />
