<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-049 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 91-048 WHICH <br /> AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br /> PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL <br /> ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF' ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 11, 1993. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. of the <br /> City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Section 2. The site pian, including the <br /> drainage plan, for Lot 7B, City Block 318, located <br /> at 2975 N.E. Loop 286 attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> A, is approved." <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
