ORDINANCE N0. 93-057 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORllINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) ON LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 316, UN PROPERTY BELONGING TO ROBERT BONNER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a CONIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ANB SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 316, on property belonging to ROBERT BONNER, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ANll SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARB SIGN (52) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly arid is presently designaied as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State af Texas, and being a part of a 0.841 acre tract of land conveyed Wayne Haley by deed recorded in Vol. 518, Page 198, of the Deed Recards of said County and State, also being the same property conveyed Robert A. Bonner, recorded Book 561, Page 796, Deed Records of said County and State, also being Lot 8, City Block 316 located at 3320 N.E. Loop 186; BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the Southwest corner of said Haley tract of land; THENCE North 25 Deg. West a distance of 184 feet to a a stake for corner; THENCE North lU Ueg. East a distance of 29 feet to a stake for corner at the present Northwest corner of said Haley tract. THENCE along the Southwesterly Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: South 48 Beg. East a distance of 24 feet; South 63 Deg. East a distance of 98.5 feet; South 48 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 202.7 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE West a distance of 182 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.50 acre of land. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions ot this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
