<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-057 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORllINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) ON LOT 8, CITY <br /> BLOCK 316, UN PROPERTY BELONGING TO ROBERT BONNER, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> CONIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ANB SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN <br /> (52), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK <br /> 316, on property belonging to ROBERT BONNER, so as to include in <br /> such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ANll SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARB <br /> SIGN (52) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br /> arid is presently designaied as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and <br /> that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State af Texas, and <br /> being a part of a 0.841 acre tract of land conveyed <br /> Wayne Haley by deed recorded in Vol. 518, Page 198, of <br /> the Deed Recards of said County and State, also being <br /> the same property conveyed Robert A. Bonner, recorded <br /> Book 561, Page 796, Deed Records of said County and <br /> State, also being Lot 8, City Block 316 located at 3320 <br /> N.E. Loop 186; <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the Southwest <br /> corner of said Haley tract of land; <br /> THENCE North 25 Deg. West a distance of 184 feet <br /> to a a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE North lU Ueg. East a distance of 29 feet to <br /> a stake for corner at the present Northwest corner of <br /> said Haley tract. <br /> THENCE along the Southwesterly Boundary Line of <br /> Loop Highway 286 as follows: South 48 Beg. East a <br /> distance of 24 feet; South 63 Deg. East a distance of <br /> 98.5 feet; South 48 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of <br /> 202.7 feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 182 feet to the place of <br /> beginning and containing 0.50 acre of land. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions ot this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
